This offer is made by EZ LICENCE PTY LTD (ABN 43 612 095 968) (Secure Licence) to independent driving instructors who:
1. are existing Secure Licence instructors who are specifically selected and notified by Secure Licence in writing as part of this campaign;
2. are based in Brisbane, Gold Coast or Sunshine Coast; and
3. otherwise comply with Secure Licence’s standard terms, conditions, policies and Driving Instructor code of conduct (Eligible Instructors).
Subject to these terms, an Eligible Instructor will qualify for a one-off AUD $500 cash incentive, inclusive of GST if, during their applicable Promotion Period they complete at least 130 Booking Hours in Brisbane, Gold Coast, or Sunshine Coast.
The Promotion Period is between 1 January 2026 to 31 March 2026 (inclusive).
For the purposes of these terms, “Booking Hours” means the total scheduled duration (in hours) of lessons and/or test packs that:
1. are booked and completed via the Secure Licence marketplace during the Promotion Period;
2. are fully paid and not cancelled, reversed, refunded or otherwise invalid; and
3. are completed on or during the Promotion Period (local time).
4. Booking Hours do not include private lessons, private test packs, cancelled, reversed, pending or unconfirmed bookings, or any booking scheduled to start outside the Promotion Period.
The Incentive is limited to one payment per instructor. The Incentive is paid in addition to the instructor’s standard Secure Licence earnings and will not reduce or replace any other payments due under Secure Licence’s standard terms.
Secure Licence will calculate and verify Booking Hours after the end of the Promotion Period. Secure Licence will use its internal records to determine eligibility, and those records will be conclusive in the absence of manifest error.
For Eligible Instructors who have met the Booking Hours requirement, the Incentive will be paid with the instructor’s next scheduled earnings payout following Secure Licence’s verification of results, and in any event within 30 days after 31 March 2026. Payment will be made via the instructor’s usual Secure Licence payout method.
The Incentive is personal to the Eligible Instructor and cannot be transferred, assigned or exchanged for any other benefit. Eligible Instructors will receive direct communication from Secure Licence regarding this offer. Instructors may opt out of the offer at any time by contacting Secure Licence support; opting out will forfeit any entitlement to the Incentive.
The Incentive amount of AUD $500 is inclusive of GST, where applicable. Instructors are solely responsible for any tax obligations (including GST and income tax) that arise from receiving the Incentive, and Secure Licence will not withhold or remit taxes on an instructor’s behalf unless required by law.
Participation in this offer is subject to Secure Licence’s standard terms and policies, which apply in addition to these terms. Secure Licence may verify eligibility, including identity, location and Booking Hours, and may withhold or refuse payment in cases of ineligibility, breach of Secure Licence’s terms or policies, or suspected fraud.
Secure Licence may amend, suspend or withdraw this offer at any time by publishing updated terms or otherwise notifying Eligible Instructors, provided that any such change will not adversely affect Incentives that have already been earned by Eligible Instructors who have met the Booking Hours requirement before the effective date of the change.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable laws. To the extent permitted by law, Secure Licence’s liability in connection with this offer is limited to supplying the Incentive or paying the cost of supplying the Incentive again.
