Learner Referral Program Terms and Conditions
Secure Licence Refer a Friend or Family Reward Program Terms and Conditions.
As a Refer A Friend or Family Reward Program member (a “Referring Learner”), you are subject to Secure Licence’s Learner Driver Terms and Conditions, and Secure Licence’s Privacy Policy (both available on our website), as well as the following additional Terms & Conditions for Secure Licence’s Refer A Friend or Family Reward Program:
1. Qualified Referral. A Qualified Referral is defined as a purchase made at www.Secure Licence.com.au by a learner (a "Referred Learner") who arrives at our website by clicking your Referral Program link or entering your referral code during their signup. You are limited to one Qualified Referral for each Referred Learner; in other words, additional/repeat purchases made by a Referred Learner are not counted as additional Qualified Referrals. There's no minimum purchase required for Qualified Referral.
2. Referred Learner. The Referred Learner and the Referring Learner cannot be the same person (for example, by using a different email address). For additional clarity, the learner receiving the driving lesson under the Referred Learner’s account, cannot be the same person who was receiving the driving lesson under the Referring Learner’s account. The learner has to be a new learner who has never made a booking with an Driving Instructor on Secure Licence. We automatically disqualify suspicious referrals. If someone you referred made their first purchase using your Secure Licence referral link and you didn’t receive your reward, your referral might have been flagged as suspicious. Please send us a support ticket at https://support.Secure Licence.com.au/hc/en-au/requests/new, and we'll investigate this for you.
3. Referral Rewards. For you to earn referral rewards as a Referring Learner, both you and the Referred Learner must have purchased and completed at least one booking on Secure Licence. If either the Referring Learner or the Referred Learner initiates a refund, a payment dispute or the payment is believed to be fraudulent, Secure Licence will remove any reward credits applied to both the Referred Learner and the Referring Learner’s Secure Licence accounts. If reward credits have already been paid out, we will seek reimbursement for any expense incurred by Secure Licence.
4. As a Referring Learner, you are responsible for any and all tax liability resulting from Referral Rewards.
5. Eligibility. Eligibility is limited to individuals only. Secure Licence’’s Refer A Friend or Family Reward Program cannot be used by businesses for affiliate lead generation as determined in Secure Licence’s sole discretion.
6. Expiry date. Referral rewards are valid for 36 months from the time of issue. You must cash out your reward balance to a PayPal account within this time period, otherwise the referral rewards will expire.
7. No Spam. You must comply with all up-to-date “SPAM” laws. For example, emails must be created and distributed in a personal manner, and bulk email distribution is strongly discouraged. Any distribution of your referral link that could constitute unsolicited commercial email or "spam" under any applicable law or regulation is expressly prohibited and will be grounds for immediate termination of your account and exclusion from Secure Licence's Refer A Friend Program.
8. Right to Close Accounts. Secure Licence reserves the right to close the account(s) of any Referring Learner and/or Referred Learner and to request proper payment if the Referring Learner and/or Referred Learner attempts to use the Secure Licence Refer A Friend Program in a questionable manner or breaches any of these Terms & Conditions or is in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation.
9. Right to Cancel Program or Change Terms. Secure Licence reserves the right to cancel our Refer A Friend or Family Reward Program or to change these Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion. Any unclaimed referral rewards will be forfeited at that time.
