How to change your preferred transmission

Change your preferred transmission.

Overview:

The Secure Licence platform has been designed to provide you with maximum flexibility. We understand things can change, this may mean that you start your learning journey in a manual car and decide that an automatic car would suit you better.

You are able to change your transmission preference at any time.

How to change your preferred transmission

Step 1.

On your Dashboard, top right hand side of your screen, click the menu icon.

Step 3.

Select My Preferences.

Step 4.

The ‘My Preferences' screen will appear. Click the drop down arrow under Preferred Transmission, and select your preferred transmission.

Step 5.

Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Save Changes.

Once your preferred transmission has been changed and saved, you will be taken back to your Dashboard.

Important

Changing your preference will not change any existing bookings, only future bookings. If you have existing bookings that you don't wish to keep, you will need to cancel them first. Please be aware that you can only cancel bookings up to 24 hrs prior to the booking start time.
