How to rate your driving instructor

This will be useful if: 

You are a Learner User of the Secure Licence booking platform.

You are trying to: 

Rate your experience with your driving instructor.

Overview:

As an Secure Licence Learner, you have the opportunity to provide a rating for any driving instructor you have completed at least one driving lesson with. 

When providing a rating, ensure that it is relevant to your experience with the Driving Instructor, with the  aim of helping other learners make an informed decision. You can refer to our Review Policy for further information.

How to rate your driving instructor

Step 1.

Log in to your learner account

Step 2.

On your Dashboard, you will have a Notification.

Step 3.

Click Please leave a rating. 

Step 4.

Rate your learning experience and provide any additional feedback.

Step 5.

Click the Submit button.

If you do not see a rate driving instructor button, this is because you have not had a driving lesson with the driving instructor or you have previously left a rating for the driving instructor.

If you have previously left a rating and you wish to amend it, please submit a support request. Please include your updated rating and any comments you wish to make and we will update it for you.

Any reviews which contain explicit, discriminatory, harmful, fraudulent or illegal content will be removed.
