How to change your travel time

Change your travel time.

Overview:

Travel time plays an important role in your overall availability. The shorter the allowance for travel time, the more lessons you will be able to deliver. As a result, you will increase your overall profitability.

Another key consideration when selecting your travel time is to ensure you will be on time. Punctuality is essential for building trust and reliability, it demonstrates respect for others' schedules and ensures you have a smooth daily schedule. 

It is all about finding the right balance of both.

How to set your travel time

Step 1.

Log in to your instructor account.

Step 2.

On your Dashboard, top left hand side of your screen, click the settings icon

Step 3.

Select Calendar Settings

Step 4.

Select travel buffer

Step 5.

From the dropdown select the travel time between lessons.

Step 6. (optional)

If you are operating two vehicles, you will have an additional option, Different Transmissions which is the default travel time between consecutive lessons of different transmission types. Again, select the travel time you want between lessons, where a vehicle changeover is required.

Step 7.

At the bottom of the page, click the Save Changes button.

Important

Making changes to your travel time will not change any bookings or events that are already in your calendar.
