How to contact your driving instructor

This will be useful if: 

You are a Learner User of the Secure Licence booking platform

You are trying to: 

Make contact with your driving instructor.

Overview:

Secure Licence makes booking with your instructor super quick and easy.  When you create a booking through the platform you can give your instructor all the information they need, without the need to contact them directly: 

• Check their availability in real-time and book straight into their calendar.
• Tell them where you’re at in your learning journey by completing the “experience questionnaire” when you book.
• Tell them about specific requests for your lesson (ie. focus on parallel parking and 3-point turns) by leaving a note on your booking.
• Manage your booking in real time, including booking, rescheduling and cancelling.

There are a few circumstances where we do encourage you to speak directly to your driving instructor: 

1. Late cancellations (Less than 24 hours before the booking start time)
2. Communicate specific pick up instructions on the day of your booking

Please be mindful that instructors are often driving and in lessons, so they may not get back to you immediately.

How to contact your driving instructor

Step 1.

Log in to your learner account.

Step 2.

On your Dashboard, you will see your instructor’s profile picture. Just next to this is their contact number.

Step 3. (optional)

If you have bookings with multiple instructors, there will be a tab at the top of your dashboard, to enable you to switch between instructors.
