How to reschedule or edit a booking with your instructor

You are a Learner User of the Secure Licence booking platform

You are trying to: 

Reschedule or edit an upcoming booking.

Overview:

The Secure Licence platform has been designed to provide you with maximum scheduling flexibility. We understand that things can change.

As an Secure Licence learner, you are able to reschedule your booking online up to 24 hrs prior to the booking start time. 

If it is less than 24 hours before the booking start time, you are only able to cancel your booking online as a late cancellation.

How to reschedule or edit a booking

Step 1.

Log in to your learner account.

Step 2.

On your Dashboard, under Upcoming Bookings, click the View/Manage button, next to the booking you wish to reschedule.

Step 3.

Click Reschedule Now.

Step 4.

The 'Modify Your Booking' Screen will appear. Make the required changes to your booking, this may be the date and time, it could include adding a note or changing your pick up location. 

Step 5.

Scroll down the page and click Submit Changes & Notify.
